Granville Co. is an independent partnership of Chartered Surveyors and Residential Property Managers, specialising in Residential Block Management, Building Surveying and Professional Services. We also offer introductions to other specialists in associated and complimentary areas of expertise such as Structural Engineers, Landlord & Tenant Solicitors and Health & Safety Assessors.
Granville & Co. provide residential property management services all over Greater London. Currently we have around 1500 units under management, of which approximately 50 per cent are properties managed on behalf of resident management companies. Residential block management is the fastest growing part of our business and we expect it to continue to be so, particularly with the new Right to Manage Legislation.

Granville & Co. are genuinely independent unlike many of our competitors, who retain their original trading name, whilst being part of some 'Management Plc' or Building Society;
We are a small practice with a high skill level and unusually in the residential property management sector, are professionally qualified; i.e. members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
We are members of the Association of Residential Management Agents (ARMA) and have members of staff at Board level in the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM).
Granville Co. will act on a consultancy basis, rather than being retained under a long term contract.
